Here's another Top 10 food for people with diabetes, and this one is a mean, green, clean and lean superfood. Today we're featuring broccoli. Broccoli is loaded with vitamin C and vitamin K.  One 100 gram serving has 97% of the K you need in a day, and more than 100% of the C. It's also a good source of fiber.
