Today's Top 10 food is Sweet Bell Peppers. Vitamin C is the super star of bell peppers. One 3.5 ounce serving has nearly a full day's supply of Vitamin C. More than you'd get in an orange. One thing to keep in mind about sweet bell peppers, is the sweet. They do have naturally occuring sugar, more than 2 grams per serving. Red bell peppers are the sweetest. They stay on the vine the longest, getting sweeter and redder as they do. Green bell peppers have the least amount of sugar.
